how does a male who naturally semi feminine like body increase it?

I believe its the italian in me but I have shapely thighs and butt. I want to workout and slim down a bit but maintain that and be semi more curvy and smaller in the stomach rather than widen out like guys do.

I’m a naturally slender guy and considered effeminate by a lot of people but I like my body being that way. I’m no fitness guru but I think toning exercises would help you get in better shape without hurting your girlish good looks. So, if you do weights, use light ones with a lot of reps. Running is good too.
