Can muscle be made without doing workouts and carrying stuff?

Muscles aren’t made you already have them but you can strengthen them from doing workouts and caryying stuff which makes them look larger. You use your muscles daily for walking, talking picking up groceries and basically every day life activities and repeative motions through the day can slowly stregthen the muscle without purposley lifting weight ect. To enhance your muscles.

You will not build any muscle with static workouts, you will get stronger, yes, but you need to have that R.O.M. (Range of Motion) to build any muscle effectively.

In a nutshell, you need to do full repetitions to build muscle or you are just going to get sore.
