Workout tips
My workout routine consists of excersises such as crunchers,squats and stuff like that. But I dont really run that much. if I just do the excerises im doing without running/walking will the results still be equal to the results of running/walking?
It sounds like you are doing only strength exercises - which is ok. But if you are trying to burn more calories, you also need to do some cardio and get your heart rate up.
