What is the best way to gain muscle without going to the gym?

Hey im trying to get more stronger and bigger I want to know how though without going to the gym?

If I were you I’d get p90x works great all you need to get is that and some barbells. And you will never step in a gym again. But it depends what your looking for if you wanna tone your muscles then get a weight where you can do over 10 reps. If your looking to get really big and looking for size find a weight where you only can reach 5 reps. Like that. For nutrition you need a lot of protein and eat 5-6 smaller meals a day 2-3 hours between each meal. Never overtrain that’s really bad cause muscle builds while your at rest not when you are lifting. And to keep myself motivated while I’m working out my rule is to work for the pain the next day and when you feel it the the pain The next day you’ll feel happy that you achieved your goal

Work out on what you want to get stronger til it hurts and the muscle feels ripped. Eat A LOT of protein rich foods or nut bars and drink water. (Important for fast recovery) Stretch whenever you can. (Important for fast recovery) Also get lots of sleep. (Important for fast recovery) After you recover, your specific muscles should get stronger: ) Repeat
