Lunch and dinner

if your had roast turkey, 1/2 cup of rice, and steamed vegies including pumpkin for lunch what would your recommend to have for dinner

nothing big. something small and light. like sandwiches

Some light sandwiches, a light salad, or a small selection of cold meats and cold potatoes.

Possibly some sort of fish or eggs and again lots of vegetables. You should also try to work in some dairy products but not too muchas they are high in saturated fats which can make you gain weight.

some thing smaller thjan what you had for luch as that will keep you going for a while and if you weat another big meal youll probably keep that small amount of weight on so something small like a sandwitch salad with poatoes, ect icecream…whatever you feel like thats not as much as before
