What are healthy dinners and how to speed up metabolism?

alright, well I know how people say to speed up your metabolism you should eat 5 smaller meals a day, but EVERYDAY, I have school. I cant just whip out an apple in math class. rofl. btw, I eat fruit and yogurt for breakfast,’ I eat like, crackers and milk for lunch, and soup or crackers or some more yogurt for dinner. sometimes, I tend to eat things that aren;t good for me around dinner because I really dont know how to eat healthy at dinner…which is weird.lmfao. so yeah. and I try to burn atleast 400 calories a day on weekdays after school. So if you could just answer What are healthy dinners, and how to speed up my metabolism more, id love you (: haha.

fruit-maybe 100 calories yogurt-150 crackers-100 milk-120 soup-200 yogurt-150 You are getting only about 800 calories a day…(and this is based upon the assumption that you are eating single servings of things) How much do you weigh now? Assuming that you want to lose weight, I guess you are not super super tiny because only a lightweight could eat this much and survive… You know what boosts a metabolism? Eating more! Do you know why its easier for men to maintain a certain weight? Its because they eat a lot, and eating is what kick starts your metabolism to digest food. I suggest eating at least 1500 calories (still spaced out) and to exercise more. Oh, also eat more meat or some kind of protein, it helps build muscle (being toned looks really good…) And one more thing, drink tea! yum…

I just get realy afraid im over doing it a lot of the time. I want to lose, about 20-30 pounds at the end of/ may - beg. in june area. but thank you for your advice (: <3.
