If you don't eat dinner, could you lose weight?

I heard that when you eat before you go to sleep, the food will be stored as fat… And even if you don’t eat right before bed, but still before it, it will still be stored as fat. I want to lose 5 ibs so im wondering if you don’t eat dinner, could you lose weight?

depends on the amount of exercise you do that day or how your body metabolises.if you are an athletic person you should eat and well,enough carbs.protein,vits and all.

But if you not active at all eat but stick to vegetables,vegetable carbs which will not only help curb your hunger but is good for your body. you can emagine the hours you sleep your body still needs energy to function and keep the metabolism funtion as in the day.

just dont eat junkor anykind of fatty foods this is an example of a meal thats good at night remeber it also depends on body size so the right amount is important

two potatoes/lettuce salad/fish and snack on yoghurt with nuts init

never sleep just after eating sleep after an hour or two the bigger you are the bigger potion but healthier choises

its like said that you should eat like a king in the morning a common person at lunch and a slave in the evening

so maayybee! im thinking that as your burning off calo’s in the day if you eat then sleep you wont burn them off ?
