How to stop lunch binges

Okay, so at lunch in school im always starving. I get everything that they are serving. I also get some chips and load the food with salt. I dont know what to do! Im gaining so much weight!! my friends think its gross. and this only happens when im at school. if im at home, lunch is a half a sandwich and some chips, thats always enough. (also:im thirteen and in the seventh grade. I weigh 114 pounds and I am 4’ 10”- is this a healthy weight?)

I dont eat breakfast, but when I do it has no effect, and it just makes me hungrier around lunch time. I dont have gym before lunch so thats no the problem.

Take you own lunch to school..

Also take a light snack in between classes…so you won’t binge out during lunch break.

start slowly eliminating things from your lunch, like the first week dont put salt on your food, next week take out chips from your lunch etc.
