What would happen to their weight?
Ate half a pear for brekfast, drank a fruit drink for lunch, and then ate a normal sized dinner what would happen to their weight? Increase or decrease?
I would say it would increase, as breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day, not dinner. If you starve yourself throughout the day, your body is just going to store dinner as fat instead of burning it. Hence you will turn out feeling tired, and fatter.
It all would depend on how many calories you consumed during the day vs how many calories your activities burned during the day. Let’s say that your body averages burning 1800 calories per day. If you eat less than that you will loose weight, if you eat more than that you will gain weight.
