Why am I losing weight if I don't exercise?

I use to like eat at a little & excersize a lot, and I would hardly lose weight and now I eat more, but not a lot and hardly ecxcersiz and im LOSING WEIGHT. why is this happening ? any answers.

Maybe you do an exercise or maybe walk too much and it’s burn the calories.
