Would I lose weight or gain weight?

Only ate yogurt in the morning, A small meal bar for lunch, And a micrawave dinner in the afternoon..

That’s it every day.. Would I lose weight or gain weight?

I’m not trying to do anything, that’s just usually what I end up eating every day, because I work so much. I’m just curious.

You would totally lose weight but just eat a few more snacks and that means you wont feel ill. You will lose loads though !!

you will feel weak, dizzy, sleep longer have bad nail skin and generally any bad effects from lowered vitamins and minerals…
