It will take more than 1 session,try the walk machines at least,you don’t want to hurt your legs cause the bike ones sometimes do,I maybe wrong.

Walking and bikeing is the best way, fluid motion without a lot of jarring will help prevent joint problems in the future. Bikeing is actually better for a full body work out then walking because there is a larger range of motion for your legs which will also tone your abs.
