I need to drop 20 pounds for my dance in a week and a half! Help!

So yeah, I have a dance in a week and a half and I bought a dress a while back but I need to drop like 20 pounds because I gained too much weight to fit back into it. I dont have the money for another dress. Please help me!

Diet. and Exercise. Drink lots of water, nutritious food only. DRINK LOTS OF WATER. It will make you full and you will eat less.

I can’t really help that much but whatever you do, don’t starve yourself because it’ll just slow you’re metabolism down and you won’t lose anything.

20 pounds in a week and a half? That’s not going to be a healthy crash course in weight loss. The healthy rate is 1-2 pounds per week.

O yea I just do that to warm me up and get my heart pumping then I jsut go and get on a machine or run or something. Good luck , and of course watch what you eat and u’ll be good Let me know how it goes. =] im trying to loose 15 lbs. & im bearly on day 4. SUX

You should look it up on you tube they have a lot of at home routines you could do and they relaly work *if you actually do them I personally do this. Stationary running 30 Seconds Jumping clap 25 Reps Mountain CLimbers 25 counting right foot only Cross country Skier 25 Counting right foot olny Burpees 25 reps Shadow boxing 25 counting right arm only Shadow Kickboxing 25 counting roght foot only Keep in mind that these are all at the fastest pace you can go it works really go the kickboxing one hurst you abs if you tend to twist you abs look it up ts great. !!!
