115 pounds. I need help losing weight!

okay im 13 years old 5’3” and currently 115 pounds. I tried everythingto lose weight but nothing really worked. Does anybody know how much weight I would lose if I only drik ice cold water, some tea, and lots of fruits and excercise at least 4 times a week for 1 week sraight? I know this isnt the healthiest thing. but I seriosuly need to lose at 10 pounds. hhow much would I lose constantly doing this in a week.

Your not overweight.

Your the same height as me and I weigh 110 lbs.

if you want to lose weight, eat little and often and make sure you eat healthy. and do exercise as much as you can. 30 mins a day if possible. and drink lots of water

Technically you’re fine. But I know what you’re talking about; I’m 5 ft 3, 116 and I just don’t feel comfortable in a 2 piece. I tried this diet for a week and I lost a bit more than 5 pounds.

Breakfast: 1 cup of cereal w/milk Lunch: 2/3 100 calorie packs w/fruit Dinner: Lean Cuisine Dessert: Skinny Cow Ice cream

I know this isn’t exactly healthy, that’s why I only did it a week. But it did help, and because I eat when I’m bored it taught me not to eat so much. Of course now I’m back to doing exactly that but I’m going to try it again. Basically it’s all about counting calories and staying a bit under 2000. It probably helps if you exercise too, although running won’t necessarily help; running keeps you healthy but it’s not quick at ALL for losing weight. Doing push-ups and sets of crunches to music is always good; I do push-ups for the last 45 seconds of an upbeat song (usually HipHop/R&B).

if you calculate your bmi, body mass index, your at 20 and overweight is 25, underweight is 18.5, so you are fine!!!

You’re so young and slim! Don’t worry! I am the same height and weight and people tell me all the time that I’m too skinny! Just enjoy being young and having a fast metabolism. Obesessing over your weight is just not healthy for your body or mind.
