To play volleyball I need to lose 10 pounds fast, help ??

Okayy, I need to lose weight and quick. Im on my volleyball team and I need to lose 10 pounds by next week, to qualify for the team, and suggestions ?

there is NO way to loose 10 pounds in a week unless you lost a limb thats a veryunrealistic and unhealthy goal all you can do is loose around 1-2 punds a week by eating helathily and exerscising I thinbk its disgusting that your voollyball team has this veiw of body image and wants you to loose weight, especially so much in an unrealistic and unreachable time limit if it were me, I would definantly quit and tell them what they did is disgusting I would advise you to not loose any weight, you look fine from your picture. and if it was a normal fun sport they wouldnt care about your weight. if they do then there just stupid
