How do you stop yourself from feeling hungry?

well basically i want to lose weight i have some days where i got a lot of problems when i dont feel the need to eat, but on the days that things are ok how can u stop urself feeling hungary and eating? please help me X

Eating smaller portions, more often seems to help - also you might keep a supply of healthy snack bars to tide you over..I wish you the best !!

If you feel hungry then it might not realy mean your hungry, try drinking some water it may be that you are thirsty.

If on most days you do not eat there is no way you will loose weight! you will just end up creating problms without realising.

If you want to loose weight follow a healthy diet where you controll your portion size have one main meal a day and then snack on fruit and veg every 2-3 hours followed by consumption of alot of water, this will prevent yur body going into starvation mode and storing up fat.
