How can I stop feeling fat?

I feel fat all the time, and it’s depressing because it’s all I ever think about.

I think the first thing to do is to actually establish if you are in fact medically overweight Emma.

The answer to this would help members give you the right type of advice.

If you are happy to post your weight and height on here or funmail it to me either I or one of the other members would be able to calculate your current BMI.

It is not all about how much you weight but how you look. Try to tone up and show some muscle! Everybody appreciates a hard bodied female.

You are quite tall so it sounds like you just need to tone up.

Please dont compare yourself with some of the gaunt stick thin girls that you see at school.

These are often way below the healthy weight range and they are causing harm to their bodies that may eventually cause serious health problems and make them regret their drastic weightloss behaviour.

It sounds like the advice people should be giving you is ideas of how to tone up and to fight the urge to lose any more weight.
