For breakfast, eat whole grains, some healthy protein (yogurt or cottage cheese) and a side of fruit (strawberries, grapes, oranges, something with fiber and minimal calories).
For lunch / dinner, stick to lots of vegetables (raw) and protein to help keep your musle, and enough whole grains to round out the meal, but, not too much.
ALSO, exercise…at least 30 min per day, twice daily, OR if possible, two sessions per day of one hour each.
This will be painful, but, it’ll work…good luck.
