How to lose 10 kgs in 10-20 days...please help..advice something??

I recently lost 85 lbs but it took a year. sorry hun theres no quick fix. trust me I tried everything. the best thing to do is eat better. I like those healthy choice meals. and try to cut back on how much you eat. I found that if you stop yourself before you get to the full feeling at the end of a meal helps. and don’t be afraid to leave a lil bit of food on your plate. no junky snacks and try walking. it doesn’t have to be twelve miles but a good 20 mins a day will help you see results quicker. good luck!

That is impossible. It is healthy to lose about 1 kg a week, therefore 4 kg’s a month.

Set a more realistic goal

There are no diet pills that truly work, because none of them help you keep the weight off. Exercise and healthy eating is the only thing.
