How do I lose 10 kgs, In 10 days..?

Heyyahh! First, Thank You, If you answer this question. See, I’m just 12 years old. I’m 5’6. And My weight is 58 kgs! Thaat’s a lot. I feel so sad when all these girls around me in swimwear have great fun. And I sit at home.. I don’t have a boyfriend :( I love this guy who doesn’t love me, He treats me like a sister !!! Please Help Me !

I doubt anybody could loose 10kgs in 10 days haha x but if you are really determined to do so then try jogging a little everyday and make sure you eat 5 fruits a day and umm… EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE!!! (for 60 minuets a day max)

P.S try joining a club like karate or dance or etc … :)

I’m 37. I sufferd a back injury almost three yars ago. I cant exercise , so I gaind a lot of weight. my doc told me to not use sugar in my coffee. I started shedding weight. you have to eat foods that are gluten-free. I dont think it will happen as fast as you want but your 12. you have a lot of time. PLEASE , dont do anything unsafe to loose weight!!! God bless and good luck.

try 2 hours of continues walking without stopping each day. I think that will do. and also avoid fatty foods
