I want as many answers as posbleIm not fat bt I want to lose 10 kgs

can I lose them in 2 weeks??? just give me an answer, don’t tell me anything about how bad it is and stuff, just give me a way that’ll work!! I want to lose them in 2 WEEKS ONLY!! 3 maximum rmemeber 10 kg’s in 2 WEEKS ONLY OR 3 MAXIMUM!! STARTING FROM TODAY AND ON!!! it’s still 11:16 still morning… so it’s still the first day of the weeekk!!! please give me everything you know about it!!! cheers!!

Don’t drink pop. DRINK WATER!!! Pop has a lot of sugar, which turns to fat.

As I leave I beg of you not to make yourself throw up(aka bulimia). When I was trying to lose weight, that is what I did. I told myself I would stop when I lost the amount I wanted to, but I never did. I am just now getting it under control. So DO NOT DO THAT!

Yeh making yourself sick is really bad. Sadly I learnt that the hard way. Basically the bigger you are the easier it is to loose a big amount of weight in a short amount of time. So if your already of an average or below weight for your height then you may find it hard to loose the weight in two weeks unless you don’t eat at all and I wouldn’t recomend that. Drink a lot of water. If you want to drink pop drink diet coke. Also drink a glass of either warm or ice water with lemon when you get up to boost metabolism. Had water burns cals and warm water fills you up. Green tea’s great to. Hope this helps good luck xxx
