How to lose 22lbs in 10 days?

I dont want to hear “its not healthy so dont try it” or “you cant do it” because this is a matter of health. I NEED to do this and im willing to do almost anything. I will not however STARVE myself because that I know will not help, it will only cause me to rebound when I eat again. I’m 17, 5’4”, and 250 lbs, I need to do this because my doctor told me I need to be under 200lbs by new years or just after, so even if im 199.9 then im ok with that. I just need your help for these next 10 days to lose 22 lbs.

I call B.S. No doctor in their right mind would advocate something that is not possible without surgery. No doctor would advocate something that could destroy your health in an attempt to save your health. No doctor would give you a date you have to lose a certain amount of weight by. So, stop lying to us about this fictional doctor. And if this doctor happens to be real, and for some reason told you that you needed to lose that much weight for your health, by all means call the licensing board. He’s handing out bad advice. And I’m sure they’d want to know

YOU CAN’T. You need to set a REASONABLE goal. Your doctor is nuts if he thinks losing 50 pounds in less than 2 months is healthy or okay. Even a pound a day is too much. You just need to eat healthier, control your portions, cut out junk food, sugary drinks, and sodas, drink LOTS of water and exercise. Don’t over do yourself. It’s going to be hard, but you can do it. :)
