why do I get irritated so fast . how keep a peace mind with out burts.

I specialise with dreams and the mind. This is because your hormones react quicker just like me . What you have to do is : if someone is annoying dont react ! I used to get irritated if my mum told me that because I hated losing to somebody but then I realised that the person who of which is being annoying was just sad and immature so I just laughed and walked away.

If you are angry during any lessons , courses or anything working wise just get your mind off it for a while drawing talking to you friends to ignore the irritating person e.t.c this isnt the best advice I can give but I hope it helps if not get some help from family ,,,…anybody! also see my other advice for that explains my limits. ^.^

I know what you’re going through as I have difficulty controlling my temper sometimes. It’s all to do with hormones. It’s more difficult to control yourself when you repress your emotions. I suggest talking to someone, a good friend or close relative, about your problems and taking care of yourself and understanding the reasons you get so wound up. Try to make yourself a little happier. :) Listening to relaxing music might help. Or eating good food or taking a long hot bath. :)
