How to control anger...?

Sooo, I have really bad anger problems…The littlest things piss me off…And when I get mad I throw things I yell Its like I become another preson…And I dont know how to control my anger when I get mad…I get mad everything in my mind goes blank…Like if someone says something rude to me…I lose control and I go crazy…I try to walk away but I cant I just hate when someone is bein an azzhole it pisses me off…I have takin anger management classes but there not really helpin much…And its not just with rude people I get mad at my friends, brothers,mom…blah…So any advice on how to control my anger..?? Thxs for any advice…

im bipolarrr ; so I can get like that too. my therapist told me to you both hands ; and push your finger tips together with the opposite hands. I dont really know how to explain it lol but its a pressure point. and then close your eyes and count to ten. it works for mee(:

I loose it somtimes too but I’ve found a way to release all the frustration and anger that builds up. wanna know how? if your not scared you should try kick boxing or boxing…or just putting a lot of clothes and or a pillow in like a napsack and tie it to a tree and kick it (if you can’t get o a gym…) it really helps a lot. this way you don’t hurt any ones elses feelings…and it builds a stronger character for urself… :D you should try it…

what I usually do is walk away when im mad,listen 2 some music that calms me down,lock myself up in my room without and e body bothering me.

Can you count to 20? To give yourself time to calm down…the mind can’t think of two things at one time…you can’t conciously count to 20, and keep hold of what a person just said to you.

Controling anger is part of growing up…maturing…until you do, FORCING yourself to count, before you allow yourself to react might help. maybe do it out loud, till you can teach yourself to CONCIOUSLY think what you’re doing.

omg I am the same way… but I try my very best to not get angrey and do something that I like to do and I will forget about it… you can try things that you like doing like for an example when I am getting are seeing that I am about to get mad I go to my room and listen to loud a$$ music, I clean,I do some puzzel,I cook, I talk to someone that care, ect …try doing things that you like doing… but I have to be honest with you sometimes it dosnt work but hey I am working on my anger issue’s too!!! good luck!!!=]

Carry around a note book and write your anger out.

Wear a rubberband and snap your wrist when you get mad.

man…hahaha im kinna that way to…God helps a lot with all that stuff. it takes lot’s of patience and practice to control it. when someone does something just instantly blank them out of your mind…walk away…if it’s in your house go to your room and scream into a pillow or something:O

I have anger problems to…just the other day I whiped my fav. sunglasses at the wall braking them to peices andmy mom told me to just chill…always have some on around you to make sure you dont hurt your self and take a walk
