How can I control my anger?

I always get mad over little things and I keep them bottled up. I usually end up letting my anger out when I get home. I keep getting into fights with my mom who has a very bad temperament making things much much worse.

I used to be really good at hiding my anger at school. But lately I’ve noticed that I can no longer hold my anger in at school. Just the other day my teacher told me stop talking, when I really wasn’t and I yelled back at him cursing and telling him to leave me alone. I couldn’t help it, I was just sooo angry and then getting accused for something I didn’t do made it worse. I usually never talk back to the teacher since I know its useless.

anybody know any way I can control my anger??? I’ve tried everything! I tried counting to ten both ways. I tried just taking in deep breaths but I just loose my head and I cant control it.

Well I have the same issue.. I write it down. Like get a journal and start jotting down what your feeling and why you feel that way. Or take someone aside and talk to them about it.
