How long should I walk and ride my bike to lose 40lbs in 3 months?
I am 20 years old 5’7’’ and 160 pounds. I would like to lose 40 pounds in 3 months. The excercise I enjoy to do is walking and riding my bike. To meet my goal how often should I walk and bike a week and how long?

You can check out this site how much you would have to burn in order to reach your goal with the calories you eat. But at least to me 40 pounds sound a little drastic.
