How can I lose 40lbs in a month?

How can someone who is 20 lose 40 pounds in 26 days?

Myself, I’d recommend diet changes AND doing at least 30 min (building up to 1 hour) of aerobic exercise daily.

If you can do that 5+ times per week, you should be able to accomplish your goal.

do you drink pop? if so STOP i lost about 7 pounds in 2 weeks… not doing anything else but not drinking pop
