How long should I ride my bike to get my legs toned?

I have a bike in my basement that I’m going to start riding to tone my legs. How long should I ride it for!? (minutes) I want my legs toned and I want to lose some weight. AND will riding the bike help me get a nice butt too? :D

About 30 minutes a day on an inclined hill, and your legs will be looking AMAZING! :] it worked for me! :]

Your body starts to burn fat at 20-30 minutes in, so it needs to be AT LEAST 25 minutes. And you can’t just coast. You need to actually PEDDLE. Turn the gears up so you don’t stop working your legs.

try doing it for about 30-45 minutes everyday with the gears turned up and HARD. and if you can on changing terrain(up and down hills,flat land, etc.). it works GREAT. I did that and I dont regret it. hope this helps.:)

Start with about 15 minutes a day. After your able to do that with ease,add a few minutes. Keep adding minutes until you see results. Good Luck :]
