How can I lose 60lbs in 3 months?

How can I lose 60 lbs in like 3 months? I have a 16 month old daughter so I dont have time for the gym and all that crap. Let me know thanx

if you lose 2-3 pounds a week this is a healthy loss and one that you won’t regain. So trying to lose that muck in 3 months is really not possible. You can lose weight fast at first, but it’s only going to be water weight loss and that comes back pretty quickly. You need to eat everyday and not just eat one or two type foods, your body needs all food groups, just not excessive salts and sugar, like cakes, cookies, chips, fast foods, greasy foods, fried foods. Smaller portions of say skinless chicken, turkey breast, fish, loin type meats, alson with veggies and fruits. Skim or low fat milk, yogurt and cheese, everyday. Instead of presweetened drinks like soda drinks lots of water, flavor it with fruit slices. Read nutritional labels of the foods you eat and stcik to one portion sizes. Need a snack, grab a handfull of nuts or seeds and a glass of water, it will satisfy your cravings and hold you over to your next real meal. And you have to exercise 4-5 times a week, even if it’s just walking, but you have to move your body to get complete results, biking, dancing, jogging, aerobics/resistance training but it all works hand in hand to losing body fat.

Yes, you’re going to need to excersize a lot. Highly doubt you can lose that much in 3 months, though.
