how don I lose 5 pounds and keep it off?

I’m about 6 foot and 195. I just wanna be at 190. How do I do it and keep it off?

The easiest way is to modify your diet. Do you drink sodas or other sweetened drinks? Stop. If you do that and nothing more, you’ll lose 5 pounds in no time.

Small permanent changes in your diet will pay off big over time.

Also, rigorous exercise 20 minutes at a time 3 times a week will result in a 5 pound loss in no time too.

Find something you can stick to if you really want to keep it off. If you’re not going to be able to eat perfectly healthy meals every day for the foreseeable future, then you need to increase your exercise. And don’t forget that your weight tends to fluctuate from day to day.

I do 1 and a half hour cardio workouts 3 time a week and I stay that same weight so I think I’m gunna have to change my diet lol
