How do you lose 18lbs in 4 days without exercise?
ok hi everyone, I am about 12.4 lbs and about 80kg I have resently started doing this nutritional diet which makes me replace two meals with two shakes. the first two weeks were great I lost some inches going from 13lbs to 12.3 but now everything is crashing down and am going up in weight again please tell me anyone how I can loose weight for my prom night.
Like was just said, by mujareh, it just can’t be done! It would be very bad for your health in general to lose that much. When we lose weight too fast, basically it’s just water weight and that will quickly come back, like as soon as you drink or eat…anything! If you lose 2-3 lbs in a week that’s normal, healthy and can be achieved. The shake drinks that your drinking are a safe way, as long as you eat a healthy night meal also. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and lean meats, small quantities, and exercise, but your goal, really at this point, can’t be met.
theres no healthy way to lose that much fast in that much time. You’re guaranteed to either:
a.) get sick b.) give up c.) get the weight right back and possibly more d.) put lots of extra stress on yourself, which could cause you to break out by prom night.
The only way to achieve your totally unrealistic goal is to not eat at all for four days, and trust me it is NOT WORTH IT! Those four things above are bound to happen if you do.

You couldn’t do it! Believe me.. I’ve tried to lose 10 lbs in a week and I did it in a really unhealthy way and got quite ill. So I’m gonna take a wild guess that 18 lbs in 4 days would be 2 or 3 times worse if you actually managed to accomplished it. I lost 8 pounds that week, then I put it straight back on plus an extra 2 lbs. Although 18 lbs in 4 weeks is more accomplishable. Cut down on soda’s and sweets eat plenty of fruit and veg. Especially fruit high in citric acid ecause that can help break down food. Do say, 30 sit ups a day and walk quickly for 30 minutesfor 3-5 days a week. Pick the foods that are processed least. And although this may not apply a small portion of fries are healthier than mashed potatoe because the vitimin C in potatoe is disolved my water but not by oil and mashed potatoe in general just has more calories. The only reasonable idea for person who wants to lose lots of weight in 4 days- to drink water with lemon.
The only exercise that helps a lot with your problem- running.
