How do you lose weight without exercising?

I want to lose a bit of weight, and I try doing an average amount of exercise, but I always end up getting tired a bit too easily. not like the, “oh, I’m going to die of exercise” tired, but the falling asleep tired. And I sleep a lot, so lack of sleep isn’t the answer. I want a way to lose weight, without becoming anorexic.

And if you give me anyt meal ideas, make sure a vegetarian can eat them, okay?

So.. any ideas?

If you have no energy at all, make sure you mention it to your doctor. That could be a sign of a problem.

If you get tired from strenuous things, you can always stick to taking walks.

Losing weight usually isn’t too difficult for vegetarians since they often eat so many fruits and vegetables. You can google recipe ideas too.
