How can I lose weight without exercising?

I want to ose some weight but I dont want to exercise … any plan diet to do ?

all diets require exercise for them to work and to keep the weight off. sorry, but going walking everyday is enough exercise to shed some pounds, it will just take longer.

look into the B6 vitamin shot combined with other meds it works!! I’ve lost 201bs in 4 months without excercising..
