How to lose 8lbs in 1 week without exercising?

Hello. Since I cant lose 10-15lbs in 1 week.. Then how about 8lbs? But without exercisng.

You could loose 1-2 lbs safely in one week by changing some of your eating habits. How many times you eat, what you eat, etc. How do you eat now?? How old are you and what height??

Why dont you exercise, just go for a 20 min walk down the road or something, everday. Im sure you can put aside 20 min in your day

thats perfect weight if you ask me I feel so fat after having my baby. but if you wana drop pounds super fast you gotta have will power. what worked for me is the citrus diet eat nothing but grapefruit lemons or oranges and drink nothing but unsweetened citrus juice it melts away fat. or the soup diet where you eat nothing but broth both for 12 days there gaurenteed to loose you at least 10 pounds in 12 days if you wana try that good luck

I eat 4 times a day. Im abotu 126 lbs and im 5”2.
