How do I lose 50lbs in the least amount of time possible?

Okay so I’m 5’3 and I weigh 195 lbs. Weird thing is that I dont look that fat. I just look chubby and no one thinks I weigh over 150.

I am in the process of weightloss as well… I started a month ago (I mean REALLY trying) not halfa$$ed doing it, to lose weight. They’re right…don’t look at scales they’ll only discourage you. Instead buy a measuring tape in the sewing aisle and go by how many inches you’re losing. It is much more satisfactory than stepping on a scale every day only to find out that you flux like a water balloon. I work out once in the morning before I eat, I was told that this is the time you burn the most fat, and the I work out for 40 more mins in the everning before bed with a more low key mucle toning workout so I don’t strain myself before bed. I was also told to take your body weight and times it by .66 and that would tell you how much water you should consume everyday. So I drink at least 6 16oz bottles of water everyday. In a month and a half I have lost 8in total off my waist line. It takes some time for your body to get use to your workout so don’t get upset if you don’t notice anything the first few weeks. I personally do Tae Bo Amped and Belly Dancing. It’s fun, but not strenuous, and you burn calories and tone muscle all at once. I have set a 1000 cal a day for myself but everyone’s body is different so choose the calorie intake that’s best for you.

Do you like sports? Could you learn to like one? This is a sure way to stay dedicated to exercise and you will surely lose the weight you want to lose. If sports aren’t your thing then you will need to find the motivation to do a regular workout with plenty of cardiovascular word and a lot of sweat.

Don’t try and rush weight loss. Best way to lose weight is the right way, with proper eating and exercise. If nobody notices your weight, then whats the hurry? Don’t take chances of getting physically hurt for fast results. Do some research and find out what healthy diet is best for you. There are many to choose from.

dont cut eating if u cut eating ur body eats all the fat and starts eating muscles and if u cut eating the fat will go but the skin will stay so yull have lots of extra skin and it looks disgusting so just stay to running…

Honestly,Im trying to find out the same thing. ALl ive got so far is running.jogging and cutting food portions in half,along wiht lots of water =/

Your prolly growing but the good way is eat healthy and exercise.. if you dont like exercising then play DDR because even thouh your having fun your burning calories.. Good luck and you dont look fat or over weight

By your picture, I’d say you’re about 130! but, of course, I don’t see your whole body.

Eat 4-6 small meals a day Eat only when hungry Dont eat ready made meals (lots of salt in them) Join a sport to get some extra exercise Drink 8 glasses of water daily

I also recommend Pilates Or maybe DDR- it’s realy fun- you barely know you’re exercising!

well. if u dont look over 150 lbs then u probably have a lot of muscel than fat. WHICH IS A GOOOD thing. Muscels are leaner than fat. The muscel weights more than fat…maybe thats why u dont look fat. The muscel burns calories (fat) even at rest. So thats the advantage of having muscels. But if u wanna loose 50pounds(healthy weight loss is when u loose 1-2 pounds per week. dont go any higher!!!) then i recommend u exercert more calories than u consume them. Also go on a heathy diet and DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!! this will keep u hydrated.

I wouldnt worry so much bout the numbers on the scale. Try to exercise and eat right. Maybe being 195 lbs. is just the way God made you, and there is nothing wrong with that. Learn to accept your body, and the way it is built. Staying healthy is the best way, and if your not healthy now, then exercising and eating right will help you lose weight.
