How can I lose weight in a one month time period??

I weigh about 123-130lbs. and I HATE it! I feel uncomfortable when I wear bikinis because I have belly fat. I’m not an active thirteen year old. I hate running and doing sports because I’m more of an artistic person. My parents keep telling me that I should eat less and drink a lot of water in order for me to lose weight; I eat at least twice a day and they aren’t that big of a meal and I drink at least three cups a water every day. And with summer time coming up, I would most definitely like to lose at least 20 pounds in a one month time period. So if there are any ways to make that possible, I would greatly appreciate it and PLEASE don’t say that I should go on a diet because according to lots of people… DIETS DON’T WORK! You’ll gain the weight back once you stop the diet and I surely don’t want that.

I’m the same way except I’m 14 and 130 pounds its sucks , so I’m gonna try doing sit ups and push ups they seem to work good apparently and I wanna get wii fit if you have a wii try getting that and do they other stuff I taled about :p let hope it works :p

im 15, and I use to weigh 150 now I weigh 120, wanna know how? I strictly eat one meal a day, and it only took a week. I dont care if people say its bad, go ahead and give me your whole “its bad ! “ speech because I wont listen I heard it a million times. but it works. & when I eat that meal I eat whatever I want till I pop ! its really not that hard

Hi (= Well I’m also kind of in the same position as you. Lol, even the artistic part! I’m really debating on trying what goodadvice22 says, but I’m kindof scared to because I know it’s not good for you. Hey goodavice22, did you continue the 1meal thing after the 1 week? or did you go back to the regular cycle? Well ariimonster, I think you should try toning your muscles if the other plan’s don’t work. By toning them, I mean just doing a couple situps or swimmers a day. Maybe make yourself a checklist and follow that. Don’t forget to increase the amount when it gets to easy. I hope it works out for you! Good Luck!!
