How can I shed some extra pounds fast?

ok so im 14 and 5’2 1/2” I weigh 134. I think im HUGE! and I really want o lose maybe 15 or 20 pounds. I do karate 3 times a week but my bodys gotten so used to it after 10 years its not a work out at all. got any advice ??

Well, if you lose weight quickly, chances are you will gain most, all, or more of it back very quickly too. I know this is not what you want to hear, but healthy, affective weight loss will take time and effort. It is great that you do karate, so keep that up! Also, maybe get into another sport or athletic activity to work new muscles. Try to not overeat during mealtimes. A tip to do this is to use a smaller plate. This way, it looks like you have a lot of food, but it really is a good sized portion. Before you eat and snack on things, ask yourself, “Am I really hungry?” A lot of times, people will eat just because they are bored, not because they are actually hungry. From your measurements, you don’t sound big at all. The one thing I can tell you is to stay healthy. Some people are never meant to be ‘skinny.’ Eat right, exercise and make good decisions! Being healthy makes being skinny look overrated to people who are trying to lose weight! Trust me, I know!!! Hope this helped and best of luck!

Eat right.Try to choose healthy food.No crash diet as you will gain pounds back.Try to do exercise everyday for about 20-30mins.It may help.^^Or you can try swimming.And sit ups if you got tummy.^^But if you do sit ups,start from 20 per day.Then slowly increase.Good luck! ^^

I got a technique right now and its shedding loads within 3 weeks:

Right food, but small portions Plenty of water - washes all the badness away 100 sit ups in first week then 200 then 300 etc.. Use bottom step of your staircase to do aerobic stepping exercises *Use weights (if you have any) to tone arms up

Remember its muscle you want and to lose fat (flab) but muscle weighs more than fat

I’ve ben havin the same problem. but I’ve tried a few things and they worked!

  1. eat a small/filling breakfast (beleive it or not bananas are REALLY filling) then go for a walk. get home, do 10-20 situps.
  2. eat 3 regulare sized meals daily, and a little snack in between.( drink/eat 3 servings of dairy. studies prove that teen girls who drink a glass of milk in the morning are typpically leaner)
  3. eat less excersize more( that doesnt mean skip meals or even eat tiny meals. when you eat small meals and then you start eating reg. again, you gain wait. so eat normal sized meals) hope this helps! :D
