Fifteen pounds

Hello, there. I’m an eighteen year old female, I’m only 5’2” maybe 5’3”, I really am not sure. Nonetheless short ;). I weigh 125 and want to lose fifteen pounds. I have a lot of muscle that I want to lean, and of course lose the fat. I don’t drink soda, or eat fast food. I’m a decently healthy eater, and I just began going to the gym daily to work out for at least an hour… Any tips on how to shed the weight? What healthy foods to avoid, and what exercises would work best?
