How do I lose fifteen pounds fast?

I really need to lose fifteen pounds fast, does any one know of any good diet plans or any thing that would help? I need to lose it in the fastest way possible

consuming less calories each day because 1 pound= 3,500 calories…so just by eating smaller portions may help. I have heard from people that its always good to eat a nice healthy breakfast, so dont skip it. eat more fruits and vegetables and try not to snack throughout the day on junk food and such. try googling losing weight im sure there are tons of info on it.

eating healthier, exercising, stop drinking pop if you are I want to lose around 10 lbs and I need help with this too!

I heard that losing the 1st 10 lbs is pretty easy and can be done within a week. “The Cabbage Diet” works well. You can eat as much boiled cabbage/veggies as you want. The 1st 10 lbs is lost easily because it’s just liquid coming out of your system if you don’t eat your regular foods and as you know, liquids are pretty heavy.

I’ve never been on a diet (wear size 1) but I’m against diets. I think you should eat whatever you want unless it’s a health issue. My favorite saying is, “Life is good when you have good food.”
