How do I loose like, 5-10 pounds, fast for cheerleading?
So, Varsity cheering is coming up, and I’m the flyer, and I need to loose like, 5 to 10 pounds so it’s a heck of a lot easier on the bases, and it will make me feel better about my body and weight. I currently weight around 115.
Ummm in the morning go for a run and then have a healthy breakfast… Eat a good balanced diet which consists of meat, vegetables, fruit or anything else that is healthy… = )x
