How can I lose 20 pds in 5 weeks?

The reason I want to lose 20 pds is because I want to audition for a music company in November, but I’m afraid that I won’t be able to make it because of my weight.

I am 13 , 5’1 and I weigh 130 pds. I want to weight at least 110 pds , or less by November 22nd.

Does anyone have some good suggestions like certain foods to eat or not to eat and good exercises ?

just pick healthy chooise for breakfast, lunch and dinner and if you have teh urge to eat junk food for a snack, just pick and apple instead =]

Say away from bread, eat plenty of proten like peanuts(peanut butter), beans, mean, ect… and do this right be for you exercise. eat BIG breakfasts and small small suppers, lunch eat a regular meal. as far as exercises, buy a magazine that has some moves in it, there are normally ten examples but they work great! adn if they involve weights then just use a canned veggies or something. oh and leg raisers are a really goo work out! swimming works all the muscles as well so if you can go swim laps thats the best thing to do!
