Add a protein shake, the shakes I’ve seen range from 23-50 grams per serving.

Answer #2

Answer #3

I eat alot of chicken, tuna, eggs and protein shakes but im still not getting enough. I want to add greek yogurt but its spendy. I really don’t like eating cheese and legumes due to fat content and other things :/and

Answer #4

Try protein bars too, they don’t fill you up like the shakes do.

Answer #5

they have to many calories Dx

Answer #6

Add a couple protein shakes a day, each will be 20g protein. subsitute for a snack.

Answer #7

Eat more chicken/meat. If you eat 12-16oz. of chicken, then that’s about 60-80g of protein. Don’t forget to count the protein you receive from garb sources.

Surprising you get ~40g a day. I get 276g a day and I don’t even try to hit that high.

Answer #8

im sorry, there is no way you need that much protein per day, thats ridiculous. what your body doesnt use you will excrete, and you can probably only use max 30 grams.

Answer #9

There is no science to prove how many grams the body can use. some people believe the body can only digest 25g of protein, but then there would be no point in eating 1g/lb.

Answer #10

I have been getting 75 now! =D but i had to up my protein shakes and i’ve been adding tuna to my salads. I honestly don’t eat much and most the stuff i do eat is like celery, and apple pieces. =T
