how do I get in shape when I only have 30 minutes a day to workout?
I go to school in the morning work at night. So I only have 30 minutes to workout. How can I get in shape?
30 minutes a day is all you need. (Well 30 minutes a day 3 times a week is all you need) just do a lot of exercises in that time period. You will get results.
