finding a balance with my eating habits!!

how can I find a balance in the things I eat? in the last few months I have been to both extremes , I have tried eating hardly anything at all, living on the bare minimum, giving up meals, throwing up etc and then I have given up and started totally over eating! just eating and eating and eating and I want out now!!! I want to eat healthily and normally, preferably on the thin side of the balance but not anorexic thin! what can I do to find a balance, how many calories should I eat, what type of foods should I eat??? help!!!

We eat plenty of fruit & vegetable, mainly cooked by steaming or boiled in soups. Most of the meat we have is steamed or boiled as well. Try to avoid the fried foods, its the oil that is bad. Regular swimming & exersize helps too. But never not eat! I don’t think you need to calorie-counting? just avoid high amounts of carbohydates like breads, pasta, potato, corn. ..::Kimoko Tara::..

Just eat when you are hungry but try to have three meals a day and don’t over do it. You should be having 2000 calories a day as a women. 2500 for men.

Also, your body is clever, don’t worry that there is too much fat/calories in food, your body wont store it up unless you have so much it cant get rid of it quick enough (which takes a lot).

However, try to eat things in moderation. Eating too much of something will damage your body. (Tea’s slightly good for you, but I know a guy who drank 2 litres and it almost killed him!)

So yeah, Eat when enough and dont worry about going over 2000 calories a day, as long as what you are eating, you eat in moderation, you should be fine.

And remember kids, don’t drink too much tea ;)
