Ever since I came back from vacation, I've been obsessed with eating. I never really do, but I always tend to be extremely close to pigging out. And I'm never hungry. Sometimes, I'm even full when I do it.
I think I'm always tempted to eat when somebody else is eating, but I'm a bit better when I eat alone.
If anybody has a way to stop that, I'd be very happy!
You have to eat on a regular basis, this way you won't be so hungry, when you get the muchies, eat a handful if seed or nuts and water. You have to go with smaller portions of foods, read nutritional lanels and stick to one serving size and exercizse, 3-4 times week. , 30-60 minutes each time... That's the key!
dont worry lots of ppl have that problem i used to but then just think of all the fat that is in that food and it really puts me off!!! just um try and drink lots of water adn this feels u up a lot and mayby when ever u feel like pigging out take a long walk or summin just to keep ur mind of it for a while!!! X
Discipline yourself: not to 'pig out' ever and put smaller portions on your plate - it's all up to you...Discipline...I wish you the best !!
