How to control my eating habits?

I feel so fat and depressed about it. people say to me, “oh yeh, you are so pretty and have a great body.” though they say this I feel awful. I do a lot of sport and I have a very athletic build. I know myself that im not incredibly fat, but I am bigger than all my friends and it really brings down my self esteem. I eat a lot and I can’t stop myself. im about 5’6 and weigh about 9 stone 10 pounds, I don’t know what american people call that. I am 13 and am thinkingg extremely anorexic thoughts. could someone please help me find a way to control my eating habits?

talk to your parents about seeing a counselor or a theripist. the thoughts you are having are perfectly normal and do not make you crazy, nor should you be ashamed to talk to someone you can trust, also maybe try a school counselor, but that is only if you can’t see a counselor

oh yeah, and you don’t look fat at all. I think you’re very pretty. and I’m a jerk so I don’t tell fat girls they are pretty

Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 21.9 which is normal, so right now your weight is perfect, you dont need to lose any weight at all ^_^

I don’t know why but someone once said “No one wants to ride an ironing board” and it somehow made me feel so much better about that. guys really like curves and a little extra is good! if you were stick thin then you would be boring and ugly. besides, your so pretty I dont think it would matter if you were fat!

^ yep I got normal weight too.

btw 9 stone 10lb is 136lb.
