Ok so I've been trying to eat more healthily, and my new diet I though was Ok, I do still eat a lot but its supposedly good for you. So I wanna know whether this deit is ok...:)
Breakfast: 1 bowl of Shreddies Lunch: Apple and an Orange Snacks: Apples x3 Oranges x4 Bannanas x4 Two sticks of Celery Some small carrots Cucumber slices And up to 2 squares or dark choclate
Dinner: Obviously varies, but generally someting like Sasuages x2 Mash and Peas.
So whats the verdict? :)
its ok but do you want to know whats even better? ok Breakfast: A healthy bowl of cereal or a egg with, wheat toast, or no toast, and a glass of orange juice, or milk Lunch: Side salad, with lite dressing Snack: The snack you have ben eating is fine Dinner: even tho it varies, what you sed...mayb you should take one sausage, and mor veggies..
you can still eat a lot and still stay in shape and healthy...I do the same thing...if you follow what you have ben doing or what I told u...u will feel gr8!!! hope I heped :) <3 XX Oo
Fruit is fine. You probably need a bit more protein, iron and calcium in your diet. Adding some brocolli or cabbages or other veggies occasionally would be good. Mostly just use variety of stuff. Your diet sounds basically sound to me otherwise.
