Is it okay if you're on a diet but skip one day to eat fatty foods, then go right back to your diet?

Some people allow occasional cheat days to satisfy whatever craving they have. Having an occasional cheat day but going back to a healthy eating plan afterword is much better than just giving up.

There are a variables that could make this ok. It depends on what kind of diet you’re on and what you can and can not eat on your diet. Do you excersize? If so, it would probably be okay if you doubled up on your sets or time at the gym.

You do not need to stop eating everything. Make a diet where every two weeks you take a day to be able to eat some candy or fast food (not too much).

i mean ig, but i really think you should stick to your diet, if your gonnna do something do it right, and by doing that you could throw your body off /have your body confused

just like dogs get fatty food treats we want it as well if you go on a strict diet you are more prone do go from size 8 to 12 -14 so thats why its alright once a week to treat yourself just dont overdo it :D

It is perfectly normal to cheat on a day or two, as long as you choose foods that are still healthy in portions. Don’t go feasting on an entire pizza, a slice or two is fine. I usually allow myself to eat 2 cheat meals every 3rd week of bulking. I had fast food about a week ago, which counted as my cheat meal. :) It’s always okay to cheat, as long as you don’t abuse the method of cheating.
