I know it sounds like im obsessing over my weight but I REALLY want to loose weight to look good in a bathing suit. Im 13 years old and im 5'3 or 5'2 and I weiigh 113-115 or something. I want to loose 10 pounds. my dad is on the carb diet and he doesnt want me to go on it and says that I dont need to loose weight and if I go on a diet he'll take me off the softball team..which I dont want so I cant ask HIM anything about this so I heard him sasy he eats 10 carbs a day which means he will loose 10 punds in 10 days. here are my questions..since I am a kid will I loose more than that doing this and also:What foods have little carbs//no carbs. also if I just eat right like vegitibals and fruit and run 7 days a week how long will it take for me to loose 10 pounds. it will be greatly appriciated if you answer. thanks
