I lost about 30lbs last year. And gained it all back within 6 months.

Now I’m doing LA Weight Loss, which is much more sustainable. On low-carb, I always felt deprived. I couldn’t have anything starchy, no fruit, nothing with sugar. It isn’t a lifetime, lifestyle change.
